Please add notifications@fetchapp.com to your safe email list in your email program. We are seeing that our emails for codes are being sent into the junk/spam folder. If you do not receive your order please check that area to see if it was sent into there.

We are receiving many emails saying that people are not receiving their order when in fact the issue is the email address that are being typed into the order during checkout is wrong. We will not be responsible for codes that are sent to the wrong email address.

Please make sure you are typing in the correct email at checkout. You should receive 2 emails from our store one is a receipt and one with the code information. If you do not receive the receipt email chances are the email you gave us was wrong.

Please make sure the quantities of each movie you are purchasing is correct.
