Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital codes, keys, and downloadable content are final.
Once an order is completed and the digital code is sent, displayed, or delivered via email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We cannot take back a digital code once it has been exposed to a customer.

- Unfulfilled Orders: If you cancel your order before our system automatically sends or displays the digital code, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Defective Codes: If you receive a code that is genuinely invalid or defective, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. You must provide clear screenshots or video proof showing the exact error message received when attempting to redeem the code. Once verified with our supplier, we will issue a replacement or a refund.
