Movie Info

A young boy becomes king of England when he pulls a sword embedded in solid rock. He is helped by Merlin the Magician and his pet owl, Archimedes to eventually become King Arthur. Merlin must battle an evil sorceress to save the young king from certain disaster. This full length Walt Disney production did well in initial release, though the characters never reached the legendary status of other more well known animated personalities.
